Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing Time：

Typically, all in-stock orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In rare cases, we may need additional time to process certain orders.

 

Shipping Times And Fees：

Free Shipping Orders Over $99 （5-15 business days）

Standard shipping of $15 will be charged for orders under $99.

 

Courier Tracking: 

Tracking numbers are provided via email notification.

 

 

Import Duties And Taxes： 

We are not responsible for any possible brokerages, duties or taxes customer’s state, region, or country applies. But most of our customers in the US and other Countries do not have to pay any import duties and taxes. 

 

 

Notes :  

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to custom clearance issues.

3）The customer’s address is incorrect and the delivery fails, and the buyer is responsible for the consequences. If the address is changed, we need to contact our email info@hittac.com within 24 hours of placing the order. The order address cannot be changed for the package that has been shipped. Please fill in the correct and detailed address.

4) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed to get the issue resolved.
