2-YEAR WARRANTY

All products are backed by our 2-year warranty. If our product fails to perform as advertised by HITTAC, then it will be repaired or replaced.

 

RETURN POLICY

All HITTAC orders may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

 

NOTE:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hittac.com. We will reply to your email within 3 working days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  if you bought from other channels, we ask you to first contact the seller where you purchased the product and provide them with at least 48 hours to respond to your request before contacting HITTAC .

HITTAC is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged during shipping.

Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.

Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.

Items that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, that are being returned, will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund.
